The Group’s current activity comprises the study of the structure and optical, electrical and calorimetric properties of amorphous calcogenide semiconductors. Also it studies Photoinduced phenomena in calcogenure amorphous laminae for basic research (microscopic and macroscopic observable mechanisms).
